Sellers are expected to process approved returns within a reasonable timeframe and communicate with customers throughout the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, depending on the seller’s policy and the condition of the item. Worn or used items are typically not returnable, as they have been used beyond inspection. Items without original packaging or tags may not be accepted for return.
