Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Alwarah for your personal shopping and, if applicable, selling purposes. This license allows you to browse our marketplace, make purchases, create an account, and access seller storefronts. However, you may not resell items purchased from Alwarah for commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without permission. You agree not to engage in harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior toward other users or sellers. You may not attempt to manipulate platform functionality, use automated tools to scrape data, or engage in any activity that could harm our website or other users.
User Accounts
When you create an account on Alwarah, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must keep your password confidential and secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at support@alwarah.com. You must be at least 18 years old to use Alwarah. We do not knowingly serve users under 18, and any account found to belong to a minor will be terminated.
Product Information
Product descriptions, images, and information are provided by individual sellers. While we encourage sellers to be accurate and honest, Alwarah makes no warranty that product information is accurate, complete, or error-free. We are not responsible if a product description is inaccurate or misleading. Colors in product images may appear different depending on your screen settings and lighting. Sizes should match the seller’s size chart provided on the product page. We recommend reviewing seller ratings and customer reviews before making a purchase, as these reflect the experiences of other customers.
Pricing and Availability
Prices displayed on Alwarah are subject to change without notice. While we strive to keep pricing current, errors may occur. Products may become out of stock at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order to ensure fair distribution. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment Terms
Payment must be completed to process your order. We accept multiple payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure payment providers. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely. Alwarah does not store full credit card details on our servers. You are responsible for keeping your payment information secure and reporting any unauthorized charges immediately. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the order amount plus applicable taxes and shipping.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to your address. Each seller is responsible for timely shipment of products. Alwarah is not liable for shipping delays caused by sellers, shipping partners, or circumstances beyond our control. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Alwarah is not liable for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by you. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage or issues within 24 hours.
Buyer Responsibilities
As a buyer on Alwarah, you agree to pay for all purchases in full as agreed. You must provide accurate and complete delivery information. You are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery and reporting any damage, defects, or issues within 24 hours of receipt. You agree not to engage in fraudulent activity such as chargebacks or false claims. You agree not to resell items purchased from Alwarah. You must respect the intellectual property and rights of sellers.
Seller Responsibilities
As a seller on Alwarah, you agree to provide accurate, honest, and complete product descriptions. You must use clear, truthful images that accurately represent your products. You agree to ship items within the timeframes you have stated. You must handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously. You agree to comply with all Alwarah policies and procedures. You agree not to engage in fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or any illegal activity. You must respect customer privacy and handle personal information securely.
Dispute Resolution
For order disputes, we encourage you to contact the seller directly first to attempt resolution. If direct communication does not resolve the issue, you may contact Alwarah support at support@alwarah.com with details about the dispute. We will review both the buyer’s and seller’s perspectives and mediate between the parties. Our decision on disputes is final and binding. For account-related issues, contact support@alwarah.com and provide detailed information about your concern. We will typically respond within 5-7 business days.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not engage in certain prohibited activities on Alwarah. These include harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward any user or seller. You will not impersonate another person, seller, or representative of Alwarah. You will not engage in fraudulent transactions, use stolen payment methods, or attempt payment fraud. You will not sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegally obtained items. You will not violate anyone’s intellectual property rights or copyrights. You will not spam users, send unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing or scamming. You will not attempt to bypass platform security measures or access unauthorized areas. You will not engage in any illegal activity. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent ban, and we may pursue legal action if applicable.
Intellectual Property
All content on Alwarah, including but not limited to design, layout, graphics, text, and functionality, is the property of Alwarah or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any of this content without permission. Seller content including product descriptions and images is owned and copyrighted by the respective seller. You agree not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of Alwarah, sellers, or any third party.
Limitation of Liability
Alwarah is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. We do not warrant that products are as described by sellers or that all sellers are authentic. We do not warrant the security of your payment information or that unauthorized access will not occur. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question. These limitations apply to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Alwarah, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the marketplace, your violation of these terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or your conduct on the platform. This includes reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs.

Termination

Termination is at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you lose the right to use Alwarah, and any content or data associated with your account may be deleted.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Alwarah will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
